The Birth Planning Package includes...
Antenatal visit in your home to discuss your individual needs and desires for your birth, work through any fears and/or previous birth experiences, and offer information and support regarding common pregnancy discomforts and complaints. We will also cover communicating with your care provider, ways your partner can support you in labour, and creating a support network for your fourth trimester.
Birth preferences consultation to assist you in creating a birth plan by helping you work through your options and wishes for birth; including the environment, pain management, active labour, second stage, third stage, and any preferences in case of an emergency.

Postnatal visit in your home to debrief your baby’s birth, provide breastfeeding support and guidance, offer general baby care information, and assist in your physical and emotional recovery by providing appropriate information and referral.
For an extra $200 I can be on call 24/7 for phone and email support for the two weeks either side of your estimated due date (EDD) and available for phone support throughout your labour, birth, and immediate postnatal period.

24 hour on-call service for 2 weeks either side of your EDD.
Continuous supportthroughout your labour and birth where I will come to you (home or hospital) whenever you are ready for my presence. I will support you physically as well as emotionally, giving encouragement and suggestions as required.
Breastfeeding support in the initial hours after birth, helping with skin-to-skin and ensuring your baby is attaching well and you are comfortable.
Postnatal visits in your home to debrief your baby’s birth, provide breastfeeding support and guidance, offer general baby care information, and assist in your physical and emotional recovery by providing appropriate information and referral.
Extra antenatal and postnatal visits can be arranged for a fee. A $350 non-refundable retainer is required to confirm your booking and the remainder is due 4 weeks before your EDD. Payment plans are available - please contact me to discuss.
